Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the HomeHak website (https://homehak.com, https://tenants.homehak.com) and to the related support pages at https://support.homehak.com.

Commitment

  • HomeHak is dedicated to ensuring its website is accessible and complies with the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020.
  • We are working towards full conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2 Level AA. While we are partially compliant at present, we are committed to continuous improvements and addressing the issues and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

We acknowledge that elements of the platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards or be fully accessible. We are actively addressing these through the following approach.

  • All new platform development adheres to WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. All new features undergo accessibility testing, review and remediation.
  • Some changes will require a substantial overhaul, which is conducted on a phased, prioritised basis.
  • We conduct accessibility scans as part of our development pipeline, and we maintain records of our accessibility efforts, known issues, testing results and resolutions.

If you have difficulty accessing HomeHak or wish to report a barrier, contact us at [email protected]. We value your feedback on accessibility and will address any issues promptly. Reducing barriers is a top priority for us.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 20/02/2026
To understand the accessibility of our site, we:

  • We completed an automated accessibility audit in line with the EU Web Accessibility Directive and reviewed the content issues highlighted during the audit.
  • A range of tools, including but not limited to Chrome Developer Tools and axe DevTools, were used in combination with self‑assessment and automated and manual evaluations against WCAG.
  • We will conduct an annual review of this statement.
