HomeHak’s Tenant Selector allows you to filter, sort, select and contact organised home seekers you feel could be happy in your home.
You can filter and sort Tenant CVs by commute times, and whether home seekers have rent history, employment or study details, ID Verification, references, rent target or other criteria.
Once you have selected the home seekers you would like to invite for a property viewing, you can engage with them using the website messaging tool without sharing your contact details with everyone.
Once the home seeker confirms interest in living in your home, discuss and agree living arrangements in advance. Furthermore, if you wish, you can establish a formal agreement between yourself as a homeowner and your future resident. Click here for an example agreement you can edit as you wish.
