If you are a student, the creation of your HomeHak Tenant CV will be free for your first year. You may decide to renew your subscription at a discounted fee of €10.00 per year while you are a student. The usual price of a HomeHak annual subscription is €25.00 per annum.

When creating your HomeHak Tenant CV, there is a feature that allows you to send an automatic email invite to a landlord or an accommodation manager. You can invite them to give you a reference which you can show on your Tenant CV - like a review to promote you as a great tenant so you get selected

At HomeHak, we recognise that some students, particularly first-year students, may not have prior experience living away from home and may find it challenging to obtain landlord references.
