Dennehy’s Health and Fitness Clubs were founded in Ballincollig in 2010 and are Corks first multi-site Health and Fitness Clubs. Located In Ballincollig, Blackpool and Douglas.

Downstairs has a spacious fitness studio where all the latest trends take place e.g Zumba, TRX, Kettlebells and many more. Also downstairs has a huge resistance training area with high spec commercial equipment and one of the best free weight selections around, (dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg to 75kg).
We are open 365 days of the year, Monday-Thursday from 6am-11pm, Friday 6am-9.30pm, Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 8am-8pm.
