Calisthenics is a form of physical training based primarily around mastering your own bodyweight using minimal equipment. It combines strength training and basic gymnastic movements that you can do anywhere.

We will start with the basic exercises pushups, pullups, bodyweight squats and planks. Don’t worry if you can’t do these exercises yet. There are plenty of progressive exercises we can perform to work up to the foundational movements of calisthenics. Once a strong foundation is set we can progress to more advanced exercises like one handed pushups, muscleups, pistol squats and various advanced core exercises like dragon flags, dragon press, Frontlevers, human flags and much more!
