The PEKING Asian Street Food journey began with the enthusiasm and passion of our founder Xing Xue, who arrived in Ireland from the South of China. As master Chinese chefs, their mission was to offer authentic and healthy Asian Street Food to Irish customers, using locally sourced ingredients and an expert knowledge of fine Chinese cuisine.
